Regularly I place on my Instagram a compilation of existing work and new work. On this picture you can see a glass sculpture made by bodycasting. You see a wall sculpture (white / pink), you see a small lipcasting for glasscasting and you see a small torso with glass. This last torso is in the development phase but already has a nice result.
Last week I made a nice mold by bodycasting. This will be converted to a heat resitant mold for my glass kiln. Beautiful lips of a new pretty model.
Thanks for your time! If you like to have a print of your own don't hesitate to send me a mail or private message.
A sculpture made of your own body?
As you may or may not know, I have been making glass torsos for some time now. The molds I use for these sculptures are realized through body casting or lifecasting.
I never expected to volunteer so many nice women who would dare to pose for me (naked). Models of all ages and sizes. Women like you and me. The making of the series of glass sculptures is in full swing and the first results you have already seen.
Because working with these tough women (or men) fascinates me and there is also a good dose of fun ... and my creativity overflows with unimaginable ideas, I have decided to take this as an extra part of my range of possibilities. Just because I think it's cool to do.
Your own body as a work of art? As a beautiful sculpture for in your home?
Think of: a bust, bust with part of your stomach, buttocks with a part of your back / buttocks, or full torso with upper legs.
This sculpture can be made of glass.
But a mold can be cast in various materials (please note that it is not a plaster cast) and beautifully finished so you can place your artwork at home.
Please feel free to ask for possibilities and prices.
And who knows, you will soon have a work of art in your home from your own body.
Sometimes I am surprised when a model registers for a model. That someone fully exposes himself to me (literally and figuratively) I find very special but also happy.
Because my series consists of these women and men like you and me. The women as we all know them. Today I am in preparation for making the mold for model "Paris". She is a beautiful woman who is coming next week to make a mold.
For this mold making friend Iwona is helping us. Jippie I am already looking forward to the end result.
Do you like to have a mold made of your own body then ask for the possibilities. I would like to meet your wishes and make a nice plaster mold.
After making the heat resistant mold (with a life model) it was finally time to put the glass sculpture on the mold and start forming in the glass kiln. I do not want to withhold the first trial model from you.
Having the discipline to keep track of my news page is really a thing for me.
My focus is often on making new sculptures, making beautiful photos, making beautiful feeds for Instagram and Facebook.
And then there is that news page again and again.
I'm going to try to bring the discipline to write about myself here. What I do or things that concern me. How my work comes about. How obsessive glass art is to me.
Today is the application of the first layer of glass. This first base goes into the oven for the Natural Pureness series. My sculptures are all built up from many layers. Conversely thinking..
Making memorial objects remains a grateful job. I regularly make a beautiful colorful object. The gray urn is no longer in the corner of the room but now becomes a real "showpiece" in your living room.
We also make modern stainless steel memorial urns that can be placed in the garden. This can be done in many shapes, sizes and models. Feel free to inform whats possible.

From the heart series is the latest work in our portfolio. Made by Anneke van den Hombergh.
From the heart is a series of glass sculptures that exude freedom, purity and strength. On the one hand it exudes a very luxurious look and on the other hand, a trendy industrial look. The colour, especially the bold use of it, makes you look at the sculptures again, like with the Sparkling Mindfusing series. From the heart showes a purity of the artist in which she exposes her soul. In her studio, another passion "music" is the "drive" to get the best creations in her work.
The use of colour is the way she sees the world. Colourful and pure.
In her studio between ovens and lots of glass she is in her world, in which she very rarely lets people have a look. Her world of purity, freedom, strength, energy and positivity.
